ELIGIBILITY
- Entry in this contest/survey implies acceptance of contest/survey rules.
- Contest/survey is void in whole or in part where prohibited by law. This contest/survey is subject to federal, state/provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Contest/survey rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, state/provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the administrators.
- By entering this contest/survey you certify that you are the age of majority or older at time of entry.
- For contests, more than one daily entry per e-mail or per mailing address will disqualify all entries. Surveys are limited to one per person/e-mail address.
- No entries will be accepted by e-mail or postal mail. Incomplete or late entries will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER
- No purchase is necessary to enter the KrollTravel.com contest.
- Fill in the Contest Entry form with the answers to the three randomly generated questions with your name, e-mail address and mailing address on or before the contest deadline.
- For surveys, follow the instructions on the survey and complete all questions.
WINNER SELECTION
- The winner will be selected by random draw the day after the contest deadline by the KrollTravel.com contest administrator.
- The winner must have correct answers to all three randomly generated questions.
- The odds of being selected as a winner are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
- Unless otherwise noted, within one week of the draw, the KrollTravel.com administrator will notify the winner at the e-mail address submitted and mail the prize, by regular Canada Post, to the address provided by the winner. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected winning entrants.
- By entering this contest/survey each selected winner agrees to accept the prize as offered and release KrollTravel.com, its owners, administrators and the originators of the prize and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, suppliers, agents and sponsors from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in this contest/survey, participation in any contest-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize including without limitation, costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising there from. Winners assume liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the contest, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any prize.
WINNERS LIST
- The first name, last initial, town and country of winners and the prize will be posted on the KrollTravel.com Contest Winners page one week after the contest closing date.
- By entering this contest/survey each selected winner gives permission to the KrollTravel.com contest administrator to post his or her first name, last initial, town, country and prize won on the KrollTravel.com Contest Winners page.
- KrollTravel.com administrators reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute any and all of the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, should all or part of a prize become unavailable for any reason.
PRIVACY / USE OF CONTESTANT INFORMATION
KrollTravel.com values your privacy and will use contestants' personal information only for the purposes of administering the contest/survey, awarding prizes and posting winners on the KrollTravel.com Contest Winners page. We will not provide contestants' personal information to any third parties and will not use it to create mailing lists.
TERMINATION
KrollTravel.com reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate all or any portion of this contest/survey at any time for any reason without prior notice.
