St. Barths Music Festival, in January, attracts musicians from Italy, New Orleans, Jamaica and London. It offers spectacular ocean views over the deserted island of Bonhomme. A full-size billiard table doubles as a dining table. The outside terrace has a dining area that seats eight to ten people.
