Starting 26 March, bmi regional will add new routes and timings to its summer timetable. The addition of four Embraer 145 aircraft early in 2007 will bring bmi regional's total fleet up to 20 planes. The new aircraft will allow bmi regional to launch daily flights from Edinburgh, Scotland, to Zurich, Switzerland.
The full service, all-jet carrier, bmi regional will also begin new daily service between Aberdeen, Scotland and Kristiansand, Norway, the key Norwegian centre for oil and gas engineering. In addition, bmi regional will launch daily service to Copenhagen, Denmark from Leeds Bradford airport.
Additional bmi flights will connect Scotland and Manchester and Leeds Bradford. Weekday flights between Edinburgh and Manchester will increase to seven a day with an additional return flight. A new early morning flight will depart from Edinburgh, Scotland at 7:05 am and arrive in Leeds Bradford at 8:05 am.
