Sandals Golf & Country Club
Located in Upton, Jamaica, Sandals Golf & Country Club is east of Ocho Rios. Spread over 120 acres of rolling hills, 700 feet above sea level, the par 72, 6,502 yard 18-hole championship course has a driving range and a separate short game area of 10,000 square yards.
Greens fees are free for guests of Sandals Resorts in Jamaica, as well as Beaches Resorts and Royal Plantation guests in the Ocho Rios area.
Guests at Sandals Grande Ocho Rios Beach & Villa Resort, Sandals Dunn's River Villaggio Golf Resort & Spa, Beaches Boscobel and Royal Plantation receive free shuttle service to Sandals Golf & Country Club.

Golf swing training
Sandals Golf School has four hitting bays, from where golfers can hit balls toward outdoor target greens.
Golf instructors use motion analysis technology software to mark, measure and monitor each golfer's performance at the teaching center. Frame by frame digital images help certified PGA golf pros capture, compare and analyze the progress of golfers.
Free golf clinics are held at Sandals Golf School on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9 am.
Junior golf school
Young golfers, ages eight to 16, can take golf classes from Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm.
Golf instruction includes 20 hours of supervised golf lessons with a maximum of 8-to-1 student-to-golf instructor ratio, golf course play time, golf coach notes to bring home, a daily snack and a golf achievement certificate after the golf training is completed.
Golf training
The cost of golf instruction at Sandals Golf School ranges from $85 for a one-hour private lesson to $995 per person for five days of golf lessons, with a maximum 4-to-1 student-to-golf instructor ratio. Golf lessons at Sandals Golf School come with a money-back guarantee.
Golf classes include a golfing video analysis, a golf swing DVD evaluation with golf coach comments to bring home, a golf manual with handwritten comments by the golf instructor, shuttle transfers to and from the golf course, golf towels and rental clubs.
Golf school takes place between 7:30 am and 1 pm daily.
Golf equipment
The pro shop at Sandals Golf & Country Club sells Nike golf clothing and Nike golf equipment.
Golfers obtain club fittings to improve their golf games. The Nike Golf 360° Club Fitting System matches golfers to every club in their golf bag, from the driver to the lob wedge.
Golfers can also rent Yamaha golf carts and Nike golf clubs. Special deals are offered for weekly rentals.
